These natural variations are part of the character and uniqueness of handmade products and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or other factors.

2. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product designs at any time without notice.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the products selected.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

For custom or personalized products, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, and other requested details.

Please carefully review your information before submitting your order.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for you, they may not be eligible for return or exchange except when the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be produced or shipped.

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect billing or shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Shipping

We carefully package our products before shipment. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
